Svarog is the seventh planet of the Hypnos system. It is the most massive planet, 0.1 jupiter masses ahead of Simargl, but smaller by 40 000 km in diameter, that is two Moranas or comparing to the Solar System, one Neptune.

Its presently 145 au away from Hypnos, its semi-major axis is 149 au. It has the most moons in the system - 75. Its very simmilar to Jupiter, but only in various blue colors, even has a Great Blue Spot, which is roughly 7000 km in diameter, smaller than Jupiter's Great Red Spot, roughly the size of Mars, it is possibly older than the Great Red Spot.

Svarog is the third coolest planet of the system at 353 *C, behind Veles at 305 and Vodyanoy at 51. Its ESI is 0.251. Svarog can be seen from any other planet in the system.

Physical characteristics

Svarog is 148 445 km in diameter, which is very close to Jupiter's 142 984. Its mass is 1.07 Jupiter masses. This gives it a density of 1.3 g/cm3, also almost identical to Jupiter.

Svarog's bond albedo is 0.5 and geometric is 0.6. Svarog is an incredibly reflective planet. This is consistent with a cloud deck rich in ammonia ice crystals, which are highly reflective. This explains Svarog's brightness making it visible from all of the other 8 planets.

Svarog's solar day is 8 hours, 18 minutes and 33 seconds. It rotates quite fast.

Its gravitation is 3g on poles and 2g on the equator

Orbit

Svarog orbits Hypnos at an elliptical orbit with an eccentricity of 0.051 and takes 175 years to complete one rotation. Svarog's semi major axis is 149 au, and its perihelion is 141 au, its currently 147 au away from its star.

Its orbit's inclination is -2*.

SHSV1

SHSV1 or Svarog 7 is the largest satellite of Svarog, first explored one, explored on 10 September 2025. SHSV1 is 4529 km in diameter, behind Simargl's Rarog, comparable to Callisto or Io, making the largest satellite and the largest planet the only two categories where Simargl is ahead of Svarog.

SHSV1 is 0.02 Earth masses, but has an ESI of 0.539 - very high value for the system. It even has a very scattered atmosphere made from xenon. Its the farthest from Svarog out of its satellites in hydrostatic equillibrium

SHSV1's semi major axis is ~0.5 au, its farther from Svarog than Mercury is from the Sun. Svarog itself appears as a bright dot like from another planet rather than a huge object taking up half of the sky. This is completely not normal and all the other satellites of Svarog are much, much closer.

The Soldier Asterism was discovered when visiting SHSV1.
